All schools received copies of this document in 2000.

The outcomes in this document replace the learning outcomes on pages 9-17 of the Syllabus and Support Document.

The number of staged outcomes for Science and Technology K-6 has been reduced from 158 to 36.The reduction is not, however, an an indication of any lessening of importance of Science and Technology in the primary curriculum.

In each stage there are - 6 content outcomes and 3 process outcomes. There are 8 values and attitudes outcomes common to all stages.

This resource was distributed to schools in 2001. It addresses the mandatory outcomes from the above  document.
